Returns and Refunds
Please email cs@peptivabio.net with your order number, a clear photo of the damaged item, and a brief description of the issue. We will promptly arrange a replacement shipment for the damaged product.
We can only reship your package if it is returned to the sender. We recommend contacting your local post office to reroute the package or set up address forwarding via USPS.com.
Reach out to us, and we will quickly reship the correct items at no additional cost.
Due to the nature of our products, returns cannot be accepted. However, we are committed to promptly resolving any issues with your order.
